SHUTTERING PLATES / CENTERING PLATES

These products are one of the core elements which are used for supporting building constructions slabs, canopies, beams, lintels for RCC construction work. These plates provide a much-needed alternative for wooden plates, as they are manufactured using noncorrosive and durable materials. Shuttering plates are fabricated from 3.00/2.5 mm thick MS Sheets and 25/30/35 X 4/5 mm thick MS angle. As per the requirements and preferences of the clients, the sizes can be customized and adjusted. Even the shapes can be changed in order to fulfil specific requirements for clients.

1. Material:

2. Adjustable:

   • Acro Soldiers feature an adjustable height mechanism, allowing them to be easily customized to support formwork at different levels. The adjustment mechanism is usually a threaded or telescopic design that allows for height modifications, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.

3. Load-Bearing Capacity:

   • Acro Soldiers are built to support significant vertical loads, making them essential for shoring (temporary support) during the construction of large concrete structures like floors, roofs, and slabs. They can bear heavy loads exerted by fresh concrete until it sets and gains strength.

4. Design:

   • The Acro Soldier consists of a vertical column with a base plate at the bottom and a head plate at the top. The base plate helps distribute the load evenly on the ground, while the head plate supports the formwork or scaffold at the top.
   • Adjustable collars or screws are used to modify the height of the Acro Soldier, allowing for precise adjustments to meet the formwork’s needs.

5. Interchangeable:

   • Acro Soldiers can be used with various types of formwork systems and can be adapted to different sizes and heights of concrete structures. They can be paired with other shoring equipment to form a complete support system.

A welded farma (sometimes referred to as a welded frame or welded scaffold frame) is a type of pre-fabricated scaffolding system used in construction to provide a secure, stable platform for workers. It consists of welded steel frames and is used in various types of scaffolding, including frame scaffolding and modular scaffolding systems.

1. Material:

   • A welded farma is typically made from steel, which is welded together at the joints for strength and durability. Steel is commonly used because it can bear heavy loads, is resistant to deformation, and has a long lifespan when properly maintained.
   • The steel used is usually coated with a layer of galvanization to prevent rusting and corrosion, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

2. Welded Joints:

   • The key feature of a welded farma is the welded joints between the vertical and horizontal members of the frame. This welding ensures that the frame is solid and offers high strength and stability.
   • These welded frames do not require additional connectors or pins, making them quicker to assemble and more secure during use.

3. Design:

   • The structure of a welded farma is usually rectangular, with vertical standards (the vertical posts), horizontal ledgers (the horizontal bars connecting standards), and sometimes diagonal braces for added stability.
   • The welded farma is typically designed to be part of a modular scaffolding system, where several frames are stacked together to create a full scaffolding structure.

4. Adjustability:

   • Although the frames themselves are welded, the overall scaffolding system using welded farmas can still be adjusted in height and width, depending on the needs of the project. For instance, adjustable cross braces or coupling systems can be used to modify the scaffold’s dimensions.

Using a unique finger jointing method, the webs are manufactured by joining these Flanges with boiling water-proof plywood / Timber and thus made as a monolithic timber beam. Both the flange and web is hot processed by wedge technology to makeita composite versatile section.
